OUM once again successfully launched its Lifelong Learning programmes at its Regional Learning Centre in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The event was officiated by Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar, YAB Dato’ Seri Utama Mohamad bin Haji Hasan.

In conjunction with the ceremony, OUM School of Lifelong Learning conducted various courses that received encouraging participation and feedbacks from local community. Courses/programmes held included; Seeking Knowledge as a Lifelong Process for Sixth Form Students; Internet and its Future for Parents; Building a Caring
Society for Trainee Teachers; Management of Organisation for the Youth Association and Cash Flow Management for Small Businesses. The courses were conducted by OUM academics as well as certified trainers from the Regional Learning Centre itself.

The Lifelong Learning Programmes launch is OUM’s continuouseffort in supporting Government education initiatives and at the same to fulfill as part of the University’s mission to be the leading contributor in democratising education.
